Margaret Thatcher - The Iron Lady

Margaret Thatcher the Iron lady of England died today due to illness. The Iron lady daughter of a grocery father moved on to 10 downing st with a political career at her young age. Mrs.Thatcher born in 1925 did her schooling at Kesteven and Grantham Girls' School and went to receive her degree in chemistry at Oxford during 1943. She started her political in 1950 and make her first debut in the year 1951. She got married in the same year and got blessed with twins carol and Mark in 1953. After various stint in other positions, inn 1979 she became the first woman prime minister of England and have won three consecutive terms. In 2002 due her health conditions, she announced her retirement life to politics. Margaret Thatcher has written two volumes of her memories. She is the first prime minister to have her statue unveiled in the house of parliment in the year 2007. British citizens remember her for the role played during various crisis and for accelerating the economy during her times. On this day where she reached heavenly will be remembered by many. (died at the age of 87 on 08th April 2013)
